Getting started

List your venue for private events on RestauRent

List your restaurant, bar, brewery, or event space on RestauRent. Get three months free, then pay $99 per location monthly with no booking commission.

From the RestauRent team · Getting startedPublished

List your venue on RestauRent to reach people searching for a place to host private events and group gatherings. Your profile helps planners understand your space, compare their options, and send an inquiry directly to your team.

RestauRent works with more than 3,000 venues, including restaurants, bars, breweries, hotels, activity spaces, and other event venues. It is built around the occasions hospitality businesses can host, from a birthday dinner to a company holiday party.

Start your three-month free trial. After the trial, the subscription is $99 per month per location. A $1 card verification applies at signup, and RestauRent charges no booking commission.

Where your listing fits into venue marketing

Your website helps people who already know your business. RestauRent gives you another place to be considered by planners who are still choosing a venue.

They may be looking for a brewery for a graduation party, a restaurant with a private room for a company dinner, or a bar for a birthday buyout. Your listing presents the information they need to decide whether your venue belongs on their shortlist.

You can continue taking inquiries through your own website, referrals, and existing sales channels. RestauRent adds a venue-discovery channel to that mix.

What your venue receives

Your subscription includes a venue profile, private-event inquiry tools, a dashboard for managing inquiries and communications, and onboarding support. You can receive unlimited private-event inquiries without buying individual leads or paying a marketplace booking commission.

Use the profile to show the spaces you can reserve, the events you accommodate, and the food, beverage, or activity options that make your venue useful to a group. You remain responsible for confirming availability and agreeing to the event's pricing and terms with the planner.

How to list your venue

Create your account

Begin through the venue signup page. Have your business details and the contact information for the person managing event inquiries ready. Review the trial and billing terms during signup and complete the $1 card verification.

Build a useful venue profile

Gather clear photos, a description of your spaces, accurate capacities, sample menus or packages, and the amenities planners ask about most. Explain whether you offer a private room, semi-private section, outdoor space, full buyout, or several options.

A planner needs to understand what can actually be reserved. If your full building holds 150 people but the private room seats 30, make that distinction visible.

Review the listing with your event team

Check the location, contact details, pricing information, capacities, and food and beverage policies. Make sure the person answering inquiries knows which dates and event formats the venue wants to sell.

Simple listings can be set up quickly when those materials are ready. Complex spaces may need more work to describe accurately, and the onboarding team can help with the process.

Respond and move the event toward a booking

When a planner inquires, review their date, group size, occasion, and requirements. Send an offer that fits and explain what is needed to confirm the event. An inquiry gives your team a sales opportunity; the booking becomes confirmed through your agreed process.

What a useful venue profile looks like

The Narragansett Brewery profile on RestauRent illustrates how a venue with several spaces can explain its options. It describes reservable indoor areas, outdoor gathering spaces, food and beverage policies, and practical amenities. Its Bay One description distinguishes approximately 25 seated guests from 35 standing guests.

That distinction is useful to a planner comparing a seated celebration with a casual reception. It also helps the venue avoid quoting an event for a layout that will not work.

Your profile should make the same kinds of decisions easier. Show actual event layouts, explain the space offered, and keep the details current as your operation changes.

Set event terms that fit your business

Your venue can discuss food and beverage minimums, per-person menus, rental fees, hourly pricing, and buyout arrangements with the planner. You can also set expectations for deposits, cancellations, outside vendors, entertainment, and access times.

Restaurants can protect the economics of a busy service. Breweries can explain catering arrangements and public taproom access. Activity venues can clarify what is included in a group package. The listing starts the conversation with the right context.

Understand the trial before you start

The first three months have no subscription fee. Signup includes a $1 card verification. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues at $99 per month per location on a month-to-month basis.

RestauRent does not take a booking commission for marketplace events. Review the full pricing explanation for examples and the distinction between the marketplace subscription and separate payment services.

Questions about listing your venue

Can I list more than one location?

Yes. The standard subscription is priced per location, so each location should have accurate information about its own spaces and event offer.

Do I have to accept every inquiry?

No. You decide whether an event fits your venue, availability, policies, and commercial terms.

Can I keep using my existing event tools?

Yes. RestauRent can bring inquiries into an existing event-sales process. The team can explain supported integrations and any setup required.

How quickly will I receive an inquiry?

There is no guaranteed timetable. Demand varies by market, dates, venue type, and the fit between your offer and what planners need.

Make your venue available for discovery

Your next group customer may be searching for a space without knowing your business by name. Give that planner a detailed listing and a clear way to contact you.
